This project encompassed both a unit renovation and exterior painting. Within the unit, our team executed a comprehensive transformation, replacing the water heater and gas wall mount furnace. The kitchen underwent a modern makeover with the installation of shaker-style cabinets and quartz countertops, while the bathroom received a refresh with new tile and a revamped shower surround.

 

To complete the interior aesthetic, luxury vinyl tile (LVT) flooring was seamlessly added throughout the space. This meticulous attention to detail ensures a harmonious and stylish living environment for the occupants.
